Belief Drives Behavior: A Coaching Program for Women

It's important for us to achieve milestones on the journey toward our long term goals and growth in order to stay motivated and build momentum. This 12-week program is designed to help you set and achieve short term goals that support your long term goals.There will be work. These are your dreams and they are inside you because you are capable of making them come true - but you have to make them become reality and that requires effort.Each dimension of life is interrelated. Whether you want to initially focus on emotional, spiritual, physical, or relationship/social areas of your life, growth in one dimension will positively impact the other dimensions of your life. That's why it's important to take a holistic approach to what's working for you, what isn't working for you, and why.I'm a catalyst and certified coach. I will be your thinking partner, accountability coach, and your biggest cheerleader, but if you aren't committed to your growth and taking action to become the best version of yourself, I can't help you. You need a coach who will not allow you to sell yourself short or embrace your excuses. Excuses don't serve your dreams!
Program includes:
- Initial 1 on 1 intake session (phone or zoom): This is generally 60 - 90 minutes to allow us to talk through your goals for the next 12 weeks. I will ask you to complete some paperwork in advance so you get the most out of this session.
- 12 weekly small group coaching sessions by zoom (or dial in by phone) to allow us to check in together and see how it's going, what's working, what isn't working, and what needs to change. These small group sessions are limited to no more than 10 women and offered either Tuesday morning 8:00am or Tuesday evening at 6:00pm Eastern. Choose either time that fits your schedule best.
