PRIME Time: The Power of Effective Planning
We can’t manage time – we can only manage what we do with it. The biggest gap in reaching personal or professional goals is the execution gap.
We can categorize time and activities in to five basic blocks. Each block has different characteristics and time spent in different blocks will bring a different return. In order to effectively plan and execute for goal achievement, we must first identify which blocks are most important based on our core values, what activities we should set for each block, and then determine how to execute the plan.
Key points:
- Effective Goal Setting
- Effective Planning
- Effective Execution
“Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty four hour days.” Zig Ziglar
